How do I register?

  • You can register here or by going to wccbt2026.org/registration and registering online or via the form available there. Pricing is also available on the World Congress site.

Can I register on site?

  • Yes, on-site registration will be available at the World Congress.

How can I sign up for workshops?

  • There are 20+ ticketed workshops with limited spaces available for a fee. You can sign up and purchase these workshops when you register or add them by editing your existing registration. There are also in-Congress workshops that don’t require advanced sign up; they can be viewed on the schedule.

How can I look at the schedule?

  • The World Congress schedule and itinerary planner is available online at this link or by visiting the World Congress site at wccbt2026.org. If you have already registered, you can log in and start planning your itinerary.

How do I log into the itinerary planner?

  • Click “Login” on the top right of the screen, then enter the email address you used to register and your registration confirmation number including the dash (-). You must register before being able to log into the itinerary planner.

How do I use the Congress itinerary planner?

  • Enter your registration e-mail and registration confirmation number to login. Global search will allow you to look for sessions using presenter name, presentation title, poster presenter, poster, attendee or any selected word. The speaker search is divided into 2 separate lookups: one for posters only and the other for all other sessions. If you do not know your registration confirmation number, click on forgot confirmation number from the home registration link and reset. When setting up your profile in the planner, be sure to set your time zone to western USA daylight savings time. The system defaults to Central time. Navigate to the session of interest. Click on the title of the sessions and then view the session abstract or description. To create your own personalized schedule, you must be registered first for the congress.

How do I modify/cancel/book my room with the Marriott Marquis hotel?

  • Booking through the WCCBT hotel block is available until the first date of the Congress. To make changes/request accommodations for your stay, you must call the hotel directly at (877) 622-3056.

What events and sessions are scheduled in the Marriott Marquis?

A variety of scientific sessions, the Exhibit, all poster sessions, all committee meetings, all keynote addresses, all ticketed events,  Where are coffee breaks?

  • Coffee breaks are scheduled in the Marriott Marquis Exhibit Hall on Friday and Saturday. On Thursday, the break is served outside the Golden Gate Ballroom A in the morning and in the Yerba Buena Ballroom foyer in the afternoon.

What services are available at the Marriott Marquis?

  • A wellness room, nursing mother’s room, speaker ready room, and gender-neutral bathrooms.

What networking events are happening at the World Congress?

  • There are plenty of opportunities to network, including in the exhibit hall, coffee breaks, and World Congress Reception. The Signature Event & Dinner, featuring live music & entertainment, is also a great networking opportunity; tickets are available with registration.

What is the Signature Event & Dinner?

  • The Signature Event & Dinner is the World Congress’s premier event to enjoy a meal and live music while engaging with attendees from all over the globe. Tickets are available with registration for $150.

How do I earn continuing education credits?

  • To access the Continuing Education Module for the Convention, make certain that you are logged into the Convention website or the app with your registration confirmation number and your registration email. The CE module is accessed via the tile at the bottom labeled, “CE Credits” or via the Convention App labeled, “Evaluation”.
  • You will now see a page that has three categories: ‘Instructions for CE credit’, ‘Tasks’, ‘Completed Sessions’. Underneath the ‘Tasks’ category, select the clickable link that says, ‘Select Sessions Attended’. You will now be brought to a page that lists the conference dates/times.

 By what date do I need to complete my sessions evaluations and claim CE credit?

  • Complete the evaluation questions for each session attended. Next, complete the overall convention evaluation and submit it by Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Certificates will not be available for download until at least mid-July.

Continuing Education (CE) SPONSORS – What organizations does ABCT sponsor CE credits?

  • APA, CAMFT, NBCC, NYS psychology and NYS social workers.

Can attendees receive partial credit or attend overlapping sessions?

  • You cannot receive partial credit. If sessions overlap, you will only be able to receive credit for one session.

How do I obtain CE certificates?

  • Attendees will need to complete evaluation for sessions attended and overall conference evaluation. Once done, they will be given the option to enter their license number and relevant info and choose which type of documentation they need. A PDF of the certificate will be created and can be sent to their email address.

What sessions provide continuing education credit?

  • All sessions that grant CE’s and the value can be found when you click on the session in the itinerary planner and the app

If I need CE credit, do I scan into each session?

  • Attendees must be scanned into each session to qualify for CE credit. ABCT staff will be checking the scanning reports to verify that the attendee has participated in the entire session. Partial credit will not be awarded

How do I know which poster session I’m in and where to hang my poster?

  • Check poster name in email or itinerary planner
    • PS= Poster Session
    • Number following = session
    • Number After Dash= Spot

Mobile App – Where can I download the Convention Mobile App?

  • The WCCBT Congress Mobile App is downloadable from the Apple store of the Google play store and will become available about one week before the first date of the convention. Search for the app by looking for ‘ABCT Events’. Make sure you choose ‘11th WCCBT’ from the list of events.
